Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation:

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the ad account hasn’t been delivered or activated.
Once the account is delivered or accessed, cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The ad account is not delivered within the promised time.
  • The account has technical issues from our side that cannot be fixed.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.


3. No Refunds for Misuse:

We do not offer refunds if the ad account is banned, disabled, suspended, or restricted due to:

  • Violation of platform policies
  • Improper ad content
  • Misuse or negligence by the user

Please ensure you comply with all ad platform rules and use the account responsibly.


4. Fund Recovery (In Case of Suspension):

If your ad account is suspended, disabled, or banned, and you still have remaining ad balance, we will attempt to recover those funds.
Once successfully recovered, the remaining balance will be transferred to your new ad account provided by us.
